Sports Reporters on ESPN about to discuss Ricky

Man I hope so. Remember the Thanksgiving game against Dallas 2 years ago when he ran over Roy Williams.

I've missed that.

Dude you just don't know. I just finished watching some highlights of Ricky. I am so hyped!

Exactly no one knows more than anyone else about him at this point. Which is why if some one says either way you cant 100% disagree with them just because you like ricky, which is why I thought it was ignorant to say the had nothing good to say about ricky so dont waste your time watching it.

I wouls assume there are alot of athletes here do we all impress you?

What sport do you play?

What makes you so sure that KayJay is going to make the team? There's a reason he was a UDFA.

EXACTLY Byroan. Its great that we get so excited about these UDFAs, but come on... You can only make so much lemonade from lemons. I hope that KayJay and Ronnie Brown can be the best backs in NFL history. But its unlikely that KayJay is going to be any part of something like that.

You know guys, you are saying that he didn't have any physical condition, but do you have any idea what YOGA is like? He is going to be less susceptible to injuries, have better joints, and much better concentration. The disciplines of YOGA are just as difficult as any offseason football regimine. If you think that he was taking this time off and taking it easy, think again. You may laugh at this - but I DARE YOU TO TRY IT. He will have more agility, better flexibility, and more.

TRUE... The lost weight won't be good. But he will pack it back on -- in reality he has until October to get to real playing shape. Then he'll be in the best shape of his life!

Can't wait to see what he can do on the field for the Dolphins. ( Thats if he comes back ) any thing to get points on the board.

Ricky can change his weight very quickly. We've seen him do it numerous times in the past and he'll gain the weight he needs.

What you dont know is Rickys physical shape. Do you know what he can bench right now, leg press what his 40 time is.........no and no one does. And weve heard many different reports on his size anywhere from 190-210 so no one really knows how big he is either. They know as much as you do about ricky right now so get off your high horse and come back to reality.

Well mr know it all. What i do know is that ricky always came prepared to play. He always gave 110%. Since he is choosing to come back i can guarantee it won't be a half azzed effort. He has plenty of time to get back into peak condition. Its not as much of an effort for natural athletes like me and ricky. :roflmao:

In your opinion. How do you know what they do or don't know? I'm sure they're perfectly aware of transactions, etc. I'm sure they were aware about the early reports of Ricky coming back, because its been talked about for longer than just the pre-draft radio reports in Ohio. It's their job to know what they're talking about on the issues they choose to discuss, I'm sure they are at least as well-versed on Ricky's return as you are, probably even moreso.

yeah your right, i have heard plenty of sportscasters that spew out all correct info :roflmao: i concentrate on the miami dolphins period. i could care less about basketball, baseball, nascar etc... If there is any news, interviews, quotes, rumors, radio broadcast etc. i know about it. That is what i do. I have heard so much miss info spew out of national sportcasters about the fins over the years it is rediculous. I know what i know. I can guarantee 10 and 6 or better this year. want to wager.

well to get back on topic... deon sanders left the game for a while... he was 37 when he came back... and he still had the ability... give ricky time to get in shape which im sure he has already started to do... and i cant wait for the season to start because i think with ricky and ronnie we will be a top 10 offence

Not to get into a Ricky debate, but there has to be a difference between a CB who does everything to avoid contact and a running back that takes a beating on nearly every play. I don't think the takes as much for Deion to get back into playing shaps as it will Ricky. Again, I'm not saying he won't and he can't, I'm just not sure this is a good comparison.

Well ricky is still in his prime and prime time is over the hill. If an athlete still in his prime can't get back into football shape in 4 months than he is no athlete. Good eat'in and hard work make it a peice of cake. Now if ricky was normally a toothpick than we would have a problem. Ricky has weighed as much as 250 lbs. 225 is not a problem.

That's a good point. So we both agree that in's not a good comparison.

You'll be waiting a long time because Ronnie and KayJay are going to keep Ricky's washed up butt on the bench.

Kay-Jay Harris? :roflmao: :roflmao: He's so good NOBODY drafted him. :shakeno: I'd say him even making the team is 50/50. I can't believe the hype a 27-year-old UNDRAFTED rookie gets around here. Truely quite amazing. :shakeno: Harris is this years Fred Russell. He gots tons of hype least year as a UDFA and didn't make the team either. Man Tarheel your season this year is gonna be bittersweet watching the HATED Ricky Williams help the Fins win.

Or maybe they have a valid point since Im a real athlete and agree with them , but since you didnt like what they had to say, we didnt miss anything.
I sure you are an halfassed wannabe athlete just like the reporters! :shakeno: How do you idiots believe that after a acouple dozen dubbies and a year off of football that this man is goning to forget how to play....:roflmao: I think you are all just jealous of a guy getting a second chance when you weren't even talanted enough to get a first one!!!!!!!!!!!

You are absolutely correct. I am glad we drafted ronnie brown but i think it will be a year before you can call him LT. Not to say he won't be a significant contributer this year. We have to put rookies in prospective. Rarely do you have a rookie come in and dominant the NFL. The last rookie running back to come in and dominant from day one was bo jackson. before that was Earl campbell. Sure there were some that came in and had a good 1st years. This Kay Jay could be a good prospect but my god he's a rookie that has a 50/50 chance of making the team. Ricky will be the man for the next 2 years and ronnie will be an awesome compliment.
