Mark S,(sp?) said "The Dolphins have the most important game this week." Then something to the affect of they control their fate because they play all the teams that our in the hunt, and the Pats are reeling. Then said, "No one wants to see Miami. They are physical, run the ball well, and their QB is playing better than expected."

I have not heard any one on the national level give us respect since the 1st Jets game, and that was even scarce. Tony K said we were the most fun team to watch in the NFL. Beyond that I have not heard anyone from the national media, out side of Miami, give us any respect this season.
 
What do you expect? This team got pimpslapped by the Jills two weeks ago. And now they're confident after beating down the Pasts. I dunno... I think everyone is confused by this football team lol.
 
I see why everyone is a skeptic about us this season. 6-6 does not garner praise in this league. I do think it is obvious from the games we lost, out side of the Bills and Falcons, that this team is 1-2 plays away from being a dominate football team. We played the hardest schedule, and our 6-6, but Gin makes the catch against New Orleans that lead to the pick 6, and does not drop the ball in the end zone against the Colts, and this team is 8-4 with wins over the best two teams in the NFL. I know the stories about if and buts, BUT Miami is on the brink of something great.

Can you name any team in recent history that has lost its Starting QB & RB for the season, not to mention playing 2 rookie CB and a QB(practically a rookie) week to week and STILL BE IN THE PLAYOFF HUNT and Division Title in December?

Refer back to the Monday Night game against the Jets. That was Henne's coming out party and not in the homosexual way!!! He and the Dolphins got LOVE after that game. You gotta keep your eyes open and yes they don't get the national respect usually but you gotta look close.
 
Jacksonville is the first of our most important games of the season. I'm scared to death. We can do it.
 
It does not get any bigger then Sunday. I think the rest of the season all our games are gonna be huge. Hope we win it in Jacksonville. I really hope our fans make the trip, if I didn't have to work I would be there.
 
Win and we get the coveted "respect" (who really cares?).*



*unless we play the pats in which the Phins didn't win. According to the media, the pats lost.
 
man, Look at the pats, being sucked at for about 10 years now and now... They are killing them week in and out, same for the steelers

You gotta give the 2009 Dolphins that:up:. Outside of the 38-10 win over the Bills, unless I'm missing one, every single game has still been up for grabs late in the 4th quarter. Even the Atlanta game they weren't put away until pretty late.
