That's what I'm hearing from everyone too. Just rumors though. I hope it doesn't happen. We need a significant change in this organization beginning with Dave Wannstedt.

It wouldn;t suprise me to see it happen for two reasons:

1. Dave has another year on his contract.

2. The choices on Coaches out there are not that tantalizing.

While that sounds good (Speilman being promoted), I just can't see it happening if Wanny stays.

Reversing the power structure like that is very rare.

I heard that Wanny will likely be retained. I also heard that Speilman is really hot for the Detriot job (hometown). IMO, I think he's gone.
