The switcher is the technology that drives the video output. This news confirms that this is a major upgrade to our systems and will allow for High Definition TV on the Jumbo/mega/whatever Trons as well as through out the stadium.
I'm glad to see that the upgrades are comencing and hope to see some of this stuff in place soon. HDTV will also make for better instant replays, better close ups of the cheerleader... Uh I mean the line of scrimage, and a better multimedia experience at the stadium, for those of us that already watch football in HD then you know exactly what I am talking about.
Oh and a self congratulatory pat on my back for my 1000th post. Thank you everyone especially the staff for this awsome site and experience
