NFL.COM reports that the steelers are trying hard to move staley because of depth at RB, if not he is going to get cut, does he fit
 
ya he fits, but i think we are fine. would love to have him though
 
Staley would be a good addition to what we have. He fits the style of running that Malarkey is accustomed to using which is the power run. I like Sammy Morris but if he's hurt, bring on the Duce.
 
the old staley would make an awesome backup to Brown.... but Duce2 can't be the same if he's not of any value to the steelers... IMO.
 
crap, I drafted him in the late rounds hoping he'd get some shared time with Willie parker.
 
The guy's worthless let him go back to the Eagles, they don't run the ball either, he should fit right in.
 
I don't have a whole lot of confidence in guys like Travis Minor, Kay-Jay Harris, and Gerald Riggs Jr. yet. Harris is still having trouble picking up blitzes. If Ronnie goes down, we're down to Sammy and Travis. In that situation I think I might prefer Sammy and Duce...but there's no sense pre-empting the cut date. Let him get cut then we'll see who else is available too.
 
No way we should trade for him. I would rather just keep the RB's we have now
 
I would take him as a #3 back... If Morris or Brown go down at all this year he can jump in and help us out... It basically depends on wether you would rather have Minor or Staley... From what I saw from Minor in '04 I would say I would rather have Staley as a #3 back....
 
I would only take him if he gets cut and doesn't cost us anything. In that case bring him on, love to have him.
 
Too injury prone...the guy was supposed to be The Man in Pittsburgh, but he can't stay healthy...no thanks, especially if we have to give ANYTHING up for him.
