Stallworth to visit with Miami tommorrow

I doubt we get Stallworth. Although I wouldn't be shocked if we did, but he simply is going to be asking way too much money, and at this point he would be battling Marty Booker and CC for a starting position......no way we pay alot of money for a 3rd string WR

does stallworth return kicks?

Who's the other Donte?? :cooldude:

Let's just hope we make him an offer he can't refuse.

Lets hope we dont...

Injury prone isnt he? Why would a WR who wants top money not be retained by the team that drafted him or the team that he was traded to..

We should not be putting that much money in the WR spot at this point. Chambers and Booker are over 10 million in salary cap...

I do not even know why we are bringing him in. When was the last time the chargers had a pro bowl WR or even a WR you can name off the top of your head. Cam has been successful without household name pro bowl WRs

Antonio Gates is basically their number one option and he is perannual probowler.....

Another question to ask yourself off the top of your head, is when is the last time the chargers won a superbowl...???? (dont look too hard cuz they never have)

Thats who we should be signing. Wonder why we havent. Think he is demanding too much money? Hmmmmm

Could be, he visited the Titans as well:

Paul Kuharsky, of the <A href="http://www.kffl.com/link/136">Tennessean, reports the Tennessee Titans have expressed an interest in free agent WR Kelley Washington (Bengals).

We don't know how much money he's asking for, we are assuming he's going to ask for a lot.

Yes he is injury prone but he is also explosive and our offense needs that...badly.

If Cam and Mueller isn't worried about tying up over 10 million in cap for our WRs, then neither am I.

Other than McCardell and Parker, I don't know any of the Chargers WRs. Cam's offenses in San Diego was successful because he knows how to put players in position to make plays. Now imagine how much better that offense would have been with a good receiving corp.

That means we need a TE.

What does the last time the chargers won a SB have to do with anything mr witty?
