Starks felt Violated Hopes Wallace fined

Randy Starks was actually technically sexually abused by Cody Wallace and it was captured on video. He should be fined, suspended disgraced and publicly apologize to Starks for his actions. Our team leadership should be bringing the incident to the attention of Roger Goodell, who claims to be concerned for the safety of the players.
(Cody Wallace was also the player who tackled/smashed into Koa Misi after the play had finished - same player - another act of unsportsmanship).
While some on here think that thrusting a fist up a player's butt is funny and happens in the game, Randy Starks showed enormous restraint by not knocking his head off. We see sportsmanship after the game when players and coaches shake hands, where is the sportsmanship in Cody Wallace's disgusting crude actions?

I find it disturbing that more people dont see it this way. That man was sexually abused. Wallace should receive a one year suspension and be prosecuted by the state of Pennsylvania. He should serve some time for that offense. That is a disgusting act.

Of course it didnt cause a concussion and nobody used a buzz word like "bullying" so I suppose the NFL dosent see it as something that needs to be handled harshly and swiftly to be eliminated from the game. Its more important to focus on forcing guys to hit low so they can tear players knees, not use certain words, and be nice to each other when communicating via text message. Thats what counts.

On a side note, the Steelers are really showing themselves to be a class organization lately. A terrible act that shouldve gotten Tomlin suspended for at least 2 games on Thanksgiving, then this act that warrants some jail time, a major fine, and a lengthy suspension. Steelers are full of scumbags and rapists. Stay classy Pittsburgh.

Im going to assume Wallace played for Penn St and learned the game from Sandusky.

What is it with football teams in Pennsylvania's obsession with buttholes and nobody feeling the need to go to the authorities about it?

JVW - We agree to disagree. It's not a matter of "sucking it up big boy", there is no place in the game for players to behave like this. Did you see the link to the Steelers website where lots were congratulating Cody Wallace for shoving his fingers up Starks's anus? They think that this is funny and Wallace did well. This might be the way that the "real men" of the past played the game but it should not occur.

Now we are talking about murder? The dude goosed him while he was fighting for fumble get over it......talk to the players and ask them what goes on in those scrums for the ball, it aint pretty....no one was found murdered because of it....

wow now I'm starting to understand why the Fins are bunch of babies....they're fans are.....stop defending this nonsense and tell him to get ready for the Pats.......

You said yourself Starks should have retaliated by sticking his finger in Wallace's eye "like a man", thats an escalation. Lets say you blind Wallace and ruin his career, what do you think the next escalation will/should be?

I would be shocked if the NFL does not suspend him! I have never in all my life seen any players ass violated like that!
You only have he said she said with the richi martic case.
Here you got visual evidence that was seen by millions of fans who were probably disgusted to see a man stick his finger up another mans butt.
That **** don't belong in any game!

It's football fans, if Richie had done this to another player (I bet he's done worse) as long as he wasn't flagged on the play we would be saying the same as them, I get sick of listening to folks bash or defend a person based on what team a player plays for .......sorry I call it the way I see it, regardless if it's my team or not.......

You are correct it should not occur but it does and I don't want the league getting involved in it, the official should have thrown a flag if he seen it, if he didn't then they got away with one and lets move on.....

The next guy will think twice about goosing Starks......

If Incog had been on video doing this to someone else I would be mortified and ashamed that he was wearing a Dolphins uniform. I would be rooting for fines and suspension. Anal rape is not part of football just because it took place on the football field. Wallace should be led off in cuffs and charged with sexual assault and possibly battery.

If the NFL allows players to act like degenerates and animals, if they don't take punitive action against this sort of behavior, then they are essentially saying its okay. And it will continue to escalate...

Is that what you want? You want to see players tackling each other by the groin and jamming there hands up each other's asses? Maybe some Halo-Style tea-bagging thrown in? Because that's what will happen if the NFL looks the other way. A league where not pulling up your socks costs you $10k but uninvited anal penetration is just fine....

I guess my definition of rape and yours is different......that's why we see this differently....and I applaud you for saying you would be mortified if Richie had done the same, I hope you had the same outrage when you learned that Richie sexually assaulted a Charity volunteer last yr.....

So the NFL is just going to let this go by like nothing?

This is why the dolphins need to win. We need to force the NFL and the media to respect us. Winning is clearly the only thing that is changing that.

xX - I welcome your thoughts on other things that can be done to try to bring this to the NFL's attention. It has got media attention on ESPN in the C'mon Man segment and on Deadspin, but what else should we do to try to get the NFL to address the matter. Randy Starks is a big tough guy who doesn't embrace publicity and was probably embarrassed by the incident, but he was technically sexually abused in the game and it was captured on video. I feel very strongly that we as Dolphin fans should be trying to do more so that Cody Wallace, the perpetrator, receives appropriate punishment (fine, suspension, and public disgrace). Wallace has said that he was just reaching for the ball but shoving his fingers up Starks's butt is a patent sham and his intentions are self evident.
Our team should be standing 100% behind Randy Starks by insisting that the NFL address the unacceptable behavior. Attention - Jeff Ireland...

Surprised they haven't even mentioned it on wqam (though I'm not caught up on the recent interviews).
