Reggie Howard looked WAY more comfortable playing the starting CB rather than the nickel CB. I am sure Sam could make the switch easily. Would we be better off with that scenario?

Howard got beat almost everytime the ball was thrown his way. He got lucky when Brooks threw the ball straight to him. Howard doesn't deserve to be on the field at all.

he made a good play on stallworth in the end zone. he was better this week than he has been.

Yeah. Howard just sucks. If we can get Will Poole healthy to play (admittedly a longshot) we need to put him out there and just deactivate Howard until we can afford to cut him.

I maintain my position from last week: That Saban should start his next team meeting with the violent execution of Reggie Howard. Set the tone, so to speak.

Howard played decently today. He got beat a couple of times, but who doesnt. I am just glad he seemed to get some confidence back. But that is Madison's position lets not get carried away.

Don't get me wrong, I would prefer to bench Howard and sign Terrell Buckley. But would using Madison in the slot instead of Howard benefit us more?

How about starting Thomas first. I didn't see the game, but it seemed (on the radio anyway) that he broke up everything that came his way.

Ditto here. From the radio it appeared that Thomas played a pretty good game....was this what was observed fron those who watched it?

I like K. Thomas myself. I think he should play ahead of Howard.

I think Reggie Howard shouldn't start at all even though he had a solid game surprisingly. I understand the question your asking about Madison can easily play slot just as good and Howard plays better at the corner spot but if we put Howard at Madisons position we will get crushed against good recievers.

Yep. In fact, I like anyone playing ahead of Howard. :D

You did not watch the game, that is clear. So is it from anyone else posting Howard played better then the term "toast"

The INT was thrown right at his chest...only way he couldn't catch it is if he lost feeling in his hands. Which seing how often he gets burnt I wouldn't be surprised if he hasn't and needs a skin graph.
