How does Ross keep him?!
He cant evaluate talent. Except for RB. Overpays avg players. Doesn’t understand need. (Drafts 2 TE and then starts a player with black off for practice squad)
Ignores drafting a quarterback, defensive tackle, offense of lineman, corners.
What does Ross need to see he destroyed the Jets and obviously they still haven’t recovered and has completely destroyed our team. He needs to go quickly along with Grier Gase and Burke.
I realize as fans we can be emotional but the facts are there... you can’t finish at the bottom of every league category on offense of and defense and think your front office and coaches know what they’re doing.
