Starting caiber O-linemen being scooped-up very early in Free Agecy.

My guess is they don't fit Philbin's scheme. Either that or they just didn't want to come here

I haven't seen anything confirming Collins to TB. Last I heard, he was going there today, but since then, nothing. If they do sign him though, maybe they release Penn, which I mentioned last night. I would be very happy with Albert and either Collins or Penn as bookends.

Sounds good to me :-)

Correction we've got 2 Pro-Bowl starting O-Lineman at the most critical positions - Left tackle to protect the blindside and center to call the protection schemes.

Is Dallas Thomas a complete and total bust?

And what about Brenner? He seamed to fill in nicely last year. Could he be a starting RG?

I believe we have one of the guards already on our roster between Brenner/Garner/Thomas. We need to sign a vet guard and tackle. We also need to draft a swing tackle, guard and backup middle OL (G/C).

I think Dallas Thomas is envisioned as one of the solutions in the grand scheme of things.

I also think McKinnnie is in the plans as a short term starter and long term swing backup. Don't forget Brenner.

We don't have to break the bank with FA starters. One more would REALLY give us better drafting options.

It amazes me despite all the trouble on the O-line, he still didn't get any minutes. IDK if that speaks poorly for him or the coaches.

I honestly doubt that. I think the fact that Brenner got on the field over him last season is a big, big, big red flag.

Strief is still out there. So is Michael Oher. I am still a fan of Eric Winston. He did not play bad last year. Donald Penn will get cut. Could he move to RT? After a tough year in pass pro, he did run block well.

There are still OG's that fit.

Other players will be cut.

Let the market come back to you.
