Starting caiber O-linemen being scooped-up very early in Free Agecy.

It was said at some point in the media that Dallas Thomas was troubling the coaching staff.

Hickey said we will be going after OL big in draft regardless of FA's.

That is exactly how I would approach this thing. You cant F around with this. Its too important. You can still get a good RB and LB, but most everything else will be with OLine focus IMO. Deep draft for OL.

If you stack the deck with Martin or Sua Filo and two or three other guys, somone will come out of that mix as a starter and then you have an OL that is deep and young.

If Martin is gone, I am looking to trade down with someone at 19 who some team will want. You can build this Oline in one year and then some.

People would laugh, but I am not against bringing Tyson Clabo back for this very thing. Just have his replacement ready to go at midseason or some point.

I keep reading articles about how Strief and his agent are working at staying in NO. But after Byrd signing, one has to wonder. But I am thinking they are looking at keeping Strief and he is abliging. But things can change.
 
I know we're going to draft at least or 2 guys but we still need to get one more in free agency and most of the good ones are gone. If a few more are gone tomorrow and we don't get one of them, we're going to be in trouble imo.

There is always a few good linemen come up when teams cut down to 53.

Looks like we are third on the list of scheduled visits for Smith. He left NYG without a contract and is onto NE. If he makes it out if NE then were next for his visits.
 
Also, Philbin barely played any of the rookies last year, so we don't know much about any of them, including Dallas Thomas.
 
Joe will play rookies that are "his guys" I bet.

As for Saffold to Dolphins as OG questions -- not sure if Miami wants to pay big money for a OG (his price would go down but he'd get paid)

They said he needed shoulder surgery so Davis pulled the plug on the deal. Rams quickly re-signed him.
