Starting roster predictions..

Well the pre-season is about 10 days away. I feel it is a good time to make a rough draft of a starting roster. After the pre-season is over, someone or myself can make another thread about our predictions for the starting roster. But here is MY rough draft:
QB: Gus Frerrote
RB: Brown/Williams (same as Auburn...just a different Williams:D )
FB: Evans (no competition there)
WR: Boston, Booker, Thompson (who am i missing?)
TE: McMichael, Lee
LT: Carey
LG: James
C: St.Clair/Smith/Mckinney (cant decide)
RG: Hadnot
RT: McDougle
LE: Taylor
RE: Kevin Carter
DT: Keith Traylor, Larry Chester
OLB: Seau, Spragan
ILB: Gee i wonder....Zach Thomas?:D
CB: Madison, Mario Edwards, Daniels
FS: Lance Schulters without a doubt
SS: Tebucky Jones
K: Mare
P: Turk

We are so stacked up in our secondary, O-line, and Runningbacks. We should seriously consider releasing Tillman, Damion Cook, Morris, Minor and save ourselves some money in case we truelly need a good Center, or save it and pickup Drew Brees next year, or draft Matt Leinart.
 
I have to agree with most of the roster, but after watching daniels play in TC i think he will line up next to Madison. Also, as far as the center position, I hope coach HH sees enough of Mckinney there to realize that he is our weakest link there. St Clair and Hadnot have both played that position before, and Wade Smith seems better buit for C than LT so I hope one of these 3 players emerge during the pre-season as our starting C.
 
I think every football team can have a maximum of 53 players before the start of the season?? I mean if u look at our roster on miamidolphins webpage, we have, just by look and predication, probably 80 players. SO MANY of which i would release right now, so many of which if we DID release them, we'd save a hell of a lot of money.

Also big news...Hines Ward wont go to Steelers camp until he gets an extension. He would be a great addition to our already good WR's corps, do u think we should make a GO for him??
 
your saying chambers will be on the bench?
 
dude how can you be missing the best player on our offense, chris chambers is who your missing, do some research before you post you starting line up

were stacked in the secondary????:shakeno:, where have you been man, we desparetly could use a good cb, what if one of them goes down??? were in bad shape then
 
Did you purposely leave Chambers off? I hope that was just an oversight.

I know Gus has more experience than AJ, but I still think if they are somewhat equal at the end of the Preseason AJ gets the nod. IF they are equal. Just because Gus is getting older, and won't get any better. Where AJ still has room to grow. I personally don't care which starts, I just want who ever will help win games.

Am I the only one here who can detect sarcasm? Of course Chambers will start, he was making a joke. Kinda like saying that Aybanjaneneo (or whatever ) will start over Zach. It wasn't an oversight just humour.
 
our starting DTs will be Traylor and Carter while our DEs are Taylor and Holliday/Roth

another point...we are also stacked on the defensive line. We have David Bowens, Taylor, Holliday, Carter, Traylor, Chester, Romero, Zgonina. And ok, we are NOT stacked at CB, but we are stacked on our Safeties. And for those asking about Chambers, i just forgot. It wasnt a joke, sorry i forgot all about him, my mistake. I dont think Matt Roth is gonna start or play defensive line this year, i think he is too young. I think he may be played at linebacker. I mean why would u play Roth when u have Taylor/Bowens/Carter/Holliday already on the outside?? Roth is gonna learn from Carter and Holliday, then when their term is up...Roth will get in and beat down Tom Brady:)
