Starting RT???

Now that Jake is off the PUP and will begin practicing with the 1st string who is going to get work at RT in place of Columbo. Will it be Garner or Murtha? I by no means am an o-line guru and wonder from some of the people on here who they think will be better than Columbo (and why), because obviously you can't get worse.

Last, will Armondo and Omar even be able to tell us who is running with the 1st string o-line in practice or will they be unable to watch that portion of practice?
 
I think the line is set. Long, Incognito, Pouncey, Carey, Columbo. Hopefully they gel by beginning of the season.
 
Hard to tell. For some reason my gut tells me they'll stick with Columbo and let Murtha back him up, but I hope I'm wrong.
 
Sparano last year said himself the constant 'shuffling' (partly his fault), contributed to inconsistancy and he was looking for opposite this year, so I think he has settled on the same line IDfinfan stated - Long-Incognito-Pouncey-Carey-Columbo.
 
Got a feeling Murtha is going to take over as RT now that big Jake is back. Putting Columbo where he belongs... off the field.
 
We have a pro bowler, literally, on the bench. Lets trade Starks and get a real RT.
 
I'd put Murtha at RT, but I bet they leave Colombo there, and want Murtha as a backup for both LT, and RT. I think they want to be careful with Long and have Murtha ready just in case so they won't use him starting at RT unless it becomes painfully obvious Colombo ain't cutting it.
 
Yes, Columbo looks like the starter at RT. If the Carolina game was any indication of things to come, it's going to be alright.
 
Murtha has been an injury waiting to happen since his freshman year in college
He has been injured every season here.He was injured in Detroit in pre season.
He was injured in all but 1 season in college.

He makes Anthony Alabi and Joe Toledo look like iron men
 
I'd be in favor of trading one of our d lineman for a capable RT , I just hate the right side our line alltogether.
 
im pretty sure sparano said last week that it is safe to assume colombo would be the starting RT
