My fellow fins fans This is how I see it.

1. We are about the same as 14 or more other teams in this league not bottom feeders not good enough to win the Super bowl. 6-8 7-7 8-6 This is actually good news as it does not take much to jump to the next teir. ( see Ravens from last year to this year also the saints) They both added QB that can make plays.

2. You build by the draft and add with free agency not the other way around.

3. Changing coach's and OC every year does not help your team.

4. You must develope a Identity on Offense and defense Our D has one Our Offense has not had one in a long time. Are we a passing team, a smash mouth team, a west coast team. This offense we are running is never going to be good enough to win big. Saban needs to decide what type of offense he feels will win. Get rid of players who do not fit your system no matter how much the fans love them our they are good guys. Draft players who will fit your system. I dont see any other team that runs our offense. This is why it is hard to pick up free agents that work out, If someone playes in a West Coast O in Philly chances are they will work out for a another West Coast team. If we are going to keep Culppepper and build around him then draft players who can get down field and a O-line that can pass block. Get an OC that will take advantage of his strong points. I don't see Mularkey and Culpepper being a good fit One needs to go. We need to go after Offense In the draft.

5. If you want to win you have to beat the teams in you division this has been are weakness. You can't get swept by the bills and score 6 points in two games. right know we are 1-4 against AFC EAST 5-4 against everyone else. This is because they see how predictable our offense is and can shut it down.

You're right, 1-4 in the AFC East won't work. Great point about the predictability of our offense. Who do you keep Culpepper or Mularkey?

If we cut Culpepper it would have been a waste of a 2nd round pick without even knowing if he could pan out. Mike Mularkey on other hand is a horrible play caller and at this point he's expendible. When you have one of the lowest scoring offenses in franchise history there is something wrong with what your doing.

Then lets get rid of Mularkey who can we get that would fit Duante;s skills

We could try possibly promoting Charlie Bagget to OC. He has experience with Culpepper from their days with the Vikes and has been around the NFL long enough that he would be a solid choice.

When u say get rid of the players that dont fit the system, even if the fans love them, who are you talking about? Some say both Zach and JT dont fit this system, but I want them to stay period.

A player like JT can fit in damn near any system you can think of, aside from as a 3-4 end...and judging from his and Zach's production this year they fit in Saban's D quite well. He may have just been saying that more generally, rather than directing it at any one player.
