Stats on % of times we get penalty on kick return?

Seems like every time we run it out on a kickoff we get a penalty. Just wondering if any of u stat guys know the % ?

FLat out, our ST coach needs to be fired. The amount of positive returns we've had this year is scarce. Fields has always been good and I can't attribute that to coaching. Sturgis is clearly worse than when he got here.
