Steelers Fan has heart attack after Bettis fumble

hardly surprising... my heart skipped a beat, and i don't care about either team...

I was going to say the same thing....my heart speeded up after that fumble and I could care less for the Steelers or Colts. I was in a Steelers bar and it got totally quiet after the Bettis fumble, then the place literally exploded when Vanderjagt missed the kick.

Now that is a dedicated fan right there. Those kinds of fans are the fans that many teams don't must have anymore.

This guy needs to step back a little, I mean I get pumped up for a game and if a Phin fumbled like that (it was one of the biggest chokes Ive ever seen, Bettis is lucky he wont be remembered for losing that game) id be upset but yeesh. Get your priorities straight it wasnt that bad.
Reminds me of the story of Fran Tarkenton's father. When Roger Staubach completed like an 80yd bomb to beat the Vikes on a last second play Tarkenton's father had a heartattack and died. I can't imagine how that would feel to come off a complete letdown game in the playoffs and then find out your dad just died watching the game. Whew, that is just a tough story.

you have to think though the guy had a bad heart to begin with. I doubt he was a world class athlete or something.

My comments went kinda like this for that small time period. "Man the Colts suck they're going to lose. Oh **** he fumbled. GOGOGOGOGOGOGOGOGOGOGOGOGO! D@mn the QB tackled him! Vanderjagt's a piece of $%*!!!!

As you can tell I was rooting for the Colts to win!

bettis didnt choke...A helmet knocked the ball out. Not much you can do there.
