Steve Hutchinson??

Okay so i heard that Hutchinson was given a tag from the Seahawks, yet i also heard that the Vikings i think it was, have been in contact with him. Does this mean that Hutchinson is available? If so, why isnt Miami making a push for him??? I would love to see an O-line with:

LT: Kevin Shaffer (Falcons)
LG: Hutchinson
C: Justin Hartwig (Titans)
RG: Hadnot
RT: Carey

Im sure we could afford it, Hartwig and Shaffer wont cost too much, and that O-line is very young and dominant...we can stick any QB in there, even Tommy Maddox, and he will do great behind that line.

A lot of coaches don't believe in spending big bucks for guards, and Hutchinson looks to want big bucks. The Vikings could probably throw a lot more money at him then we can.

I've read that the price tag for Shaffer has gone up to 5-6 mil/yr. Don't believe it's realistic to get Hutchinson and Shaffer.
Why don't we just cut our whole team and rebuild with a bunch of FA's?
This O-line isn't that bad. They need to upgrade 1-2 positions and they will be above average.

That would be a great oline, but too expensive.
With Houck as our coach, we can save some money by getting second tier lineman or young lineman, ex: Alabi, and turn our line into a solid unit. We don't need to pay top dollar for a Hutchinson or a Schaffer.
Now I do feel that a new center is a big need for our line, and Hartwig would be great but I also wouldn't mind Mawae. We should def. not spend a load of money on a guard. If we are going to throw a ton of money on a lineman, it should only be for a LT or a C. They are the most important.
