stick with AJ...

Let's not be hasty, AJ is a 'rookie' not a 'bum/Feidler'.

AJ is no rookie, and he deserves his share of the blame. He also deserves more than 10 quarters in this tough situation. Give him until week 6 or 8.

As to the FIEDLER/bum thing, it's clear you have no idea what you're talking about. I suggest you go back and review the past 4 seasons and imagine how this team would have looked with Huard, Lucas, and Griese. I think it's clear that Jay has been covering for a degrading OL since the Lucas era at least...

We need to stick with A.J. Feeley...no doubt.

He looked much better at Philly. The o-line play and no running back just adds a lot of pressure to A.J. We need to see how he play from here on out. I think that it will be tough for this team to get to 8-8 put this is how I look at it...I'm really hoping that A.J. gets better week in and week out. That's what I'm looking forward to. I don't give a crap about all these people ranking on this team and how bad they look. The season is not over...I'm not saying that we will even get to .500 but I want to see improvement...the O-Line played better no doubt. I think our running game is hurting because of Konrad being out...that's not the only problem but it is a factor. We don't even throw to our backs anymore...zero. No shotgun formation...and why? I just don't get some of the plays this O-coordinator is calling...at times...they are horrible calls. Listen...everyone could laugh at us I don't care...it sucks but I'm still a FinFan...and guess what...next week right before gametime...I will be pumped and looking forward to this game. Our o-line played better...our running game will improve and A.J. will get better. Just like I told another FinFan last night after he said A.J. sucks bring in Jay...I said...like Jay never threw ints in critical moments...never right? Jay's td/int ratio is bad...plus Jay had RW behind him and A.J. has no running game.

Go Fins!!!

the only reason I see in starting Jay over AJ is to keep AJ from getting killed until something changes for the better. like an OLINE showing up to play

im glad some agree with me, even if fielder is better how much can he really help this team when we have this o-line? and id hate to see fielder come in say against the jets with a weak d and then look decent and everyone think hes the savior, that wouldn't be fair to aj at all...

You would hate to see that? What team are you rooting for. Oh and by the way if Jay comes in and wins against the Jets, than a win is a win. Cincy's defense is not great and Feeley couldn't move the ball on them. I can't beleive some people are already making up excuses for if and when Jay comes back and wins for us. :roflmao:

Jay never got a real chance. Seems like everyone wanted Feeley to get his chance no matter what. Well you got what you want, I hope you're happy because I'm not. Feeley's almost putting up Ray Lucas stats. But even Lucas won two games in like a 4 or 5 game span.. Feeley's lost 3 games for us, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and only say 2.... (for now). We're losing our easiest games. I'm afraid to think how many times he's gonna turn it over once we start playing New England, Buffalo, Baltimore, Seattle... etc. You honestly want Feeley the whole season even if he continues playing like he currently is? Fiedler's chance = 1 half... looks like Feeley's chance will be 1 season minus 1 half.

Our offense is hideous.. the only benefit in my mind in having Feeley over Fiedler is so he can thrown farther interceptions to give us better field position since he has the stronger arm.. because that would seem like the best offense we have... just chuck it 50+ yards down field and either our guy will catch it or it'll be picked off for good field position... Just think how would have things turned out if those picks returned for TD's by feeley we're changed into punts... we could be 1-2... or maybe even 2-1..

gonna be a long season, but I ain't giving up... and I don't believe in playing to lose just to get good draft picks..

i dont mean it like that...

i dont konw why its so hard to see... the MAIN problem here is our offensive line... is that so hard to understand? so all im saying is that when they start coming together (if they ever do) which ever qb is in there will obviously look better and since most people hvae no idea whats going on they will give that qb all the glory, and i just hope aj gets that chance after the punishment hes gone through cause of this line, rather than fiedler whos had good lines/great running games in the past and still couldn't do much for us...

I agree OL (and blocking by RB's) is the main problem. Having said that, it is painfully obvious that AJ is unaware of his limitations. Rothlis(*&*^ was throwing pretty spirals last night in the conditions. AJ was throwing something that looked like a smashed up telephone when it was in the air. Maybe he has small hands, I don't know, but the fact is, he continued to try to force things. We are lucky they didn't INT that pass inside our own 10 yard line. That basically extended the game for us a little longer. To me, AJ has shown complete ineptitude. Having that out of the way, I'm not one to roll ou the carpet for Jay Fiedler. Maybe try Seth. What the hell.

no way ,feely makes stupid decissions and never makes up for them.at least i've seen jay come back and atone for a mistake

When has jay had a good offensive line? Ricky's yards per carry was horrible last year. Line was bad last year. 2002 I think was just a fluke... I don't think we've ever had a good line, but they we're better than whatever we have now...but that doesn't say much..

I say stick with him just so you know what you have going into next year. We're gonna have to make some important decisions about which positions we need to improve, and I don't want to do that with no information to go on.

I really hate Jay... but Feeley isn´t the better to us!!!

Feeley is a REAL GARBAGE TIME QB... He can´t move nothing, and when he stay "under pressure" he not able to do a right pass...

remember, Feeley picked twice and the steelers mistake more 2 easy INTs...

Sorry, but Feeley don´t have a great arm, and not accurancy the top level... he is a mediocre NFL Europe and 3rd string QB.

What happens when McMichael gets blanketed? Remember, he's the only player Feeley likes to throw to.

FEELEY SUCKS!!!!!!! Dave better start Fiedler next week, Fiedler knows where Chambers is and can get the ball to WR's alot better than Feeley can, If Fiedler starts next week, we MIGHT get wildcard, I HIGHLY doubt it, but we have a lot better chance with Fiedler starting than AJ "Sucky" Feeley.

if feeley has a good o-line then he'll play good look at philly they had mediocre receivers and staley isn't the greatest but they have a good o-line and he played well if we just had a decent o-line we'd be fine i mean look at the weapons we got on offense chris chambers marty booker randy mcmichael all potential pro bowl players
