Last night was an example of how you protect the development of a young developing QB. Put the team in position to make plays around him and provide him with reasonable opportunities without forcing him to carry the entire load on his shoulders.
He made better decisions, better throws and didn't turn it over. He still needs to improve and become consistent, but having a good running attack and a team that executes around him will help all that.
