the only thing that jt ever did for any of you was allow our beloved dolphins to have a chance to win ever single week even when it didnt mean anything. jt played hard and was the sole bright spot of our team for this terrible era. he was constantly looked over because his hard level of play and constant effort was almost expected. he was never fully appreciated, these past few months because he "is old" or not in the "plans" of the new regime. he is a fighter and a competiter and never held out our refused to play. how easy ppl forget and how quickly they want to dismiss a guy. he is a great guy and this DWTS thing is nothing, and if you want to hold it against him then that is ignorance. you wanna blame him for dancing blame his wife, they have had problems in the past and this may just be a ploy to get them closer together as a family, because it was her idea. JT is a Dolphin, has been a Dolphin through our toughest time, and will be a Dolphin throughout the history of the Miami Dolphins, regardless of what jersey he wears this year, next year or any other year.

i also do apologize for putting another JT thread in circulation, but i saw a serious need

How easily people forget what JT has done for our team.

What has JT ever done for us?

Two years removed from Defensive MVP and reining Walter Payton Man of the Year with six pro bowls.

AND NOW HE HAS THE NERVE TO DANCE IN THE OFFSEASON.

How dare him!

I got three words for you: 8 MILLION DOLLARS

if im spending that much on my franchise player i dont want him on DWTS.

for me it's not bashing JT,even though he's going to do as he wishes during his offseason,i just wish he was in camp helping out with these rookies, and younger players,to teach these young O-Linemen to hold their own against NFL caliber pass rushers, being a Team Leader&Captain, not out in Hollywood dancing and preparing for his career after football. now i admit that during the draft i was wanting him to get traded and us get picks for him, that didn't happen,so i just wish he was in camp doing his job that he gets paid for.

Agreed. This really gets to me to see all these ungrateful fans quickly dismiss such an Icon over the bad attitude from management towards him.

Screw Parcells and company. They haven't proved jack to me, or the fans. If and when we start winning, will I give them respect.

The same people that are hanging from Parcells tiny sack, will be the ones creating thread after thread when he walks out on us and once again takes half the staff as he has done numerous times in the past.

This was a rookie mini camp. JT wouldnt have been there in camp helping out these rookies even if he had no life. C'mon now...

Yeah but he's missing our offseason workout program. He's the face of our franchise, he should be doing everything to make this team better. Lead by example.

Lead by example? Like winning Defensive MVP and Man of the Year award in consecutive years? That is a pretty good example.
