Stop with the "Draft McPherson "

I keep seeing everyone saying Draft McPherson from rounds 2-4... etc..

Why would you draft a guy that played 4 college games..was busted for gambling , grand theft...played 1 year of Arena football...

are the in top 5 QBs this year... lol

why the hell not? the guy balled out in those 4 games and looks like a pretty good player. everybody makes mistakes...even you. if you dont like the guy, dont read about him and keep your motuh shut.

Saban said he wanted a young QB to develop, and with McPherson's athletic ability he fits that. You may disagree, that's fine. I think everyone is trying to figure out who that developmental QB is.

I think Rosenfels sucks and its to old to be groomed by anyone we have to get a good specimen to groom and no one on this draft has better physical tools than McPherson.

Why you hating on McPherson....haven't you ever screwed up in your life....Art Schlicter was a gambler too...he wasn't able to get straightened out and he is in jail....but McPherson is still young and if you would take the time to read up on him, he has turned his life around and he has everything you could want in a QB, other then his past mistakes....I think a 3rd or 4th would NOT be a waste to get this guy.

the guy stole a blank check and wrote a check for $3500....

he gambled on football and bet on his own team..... probably still owes his bookies..

i agree.. i wanted him to sign up with Gators... but he signed with FSU...


but his off the field problems and his lack of any experience.. not needed...

if you draft him.. he is sitting behind Ferotte, Feely, Sage, then maybe send to play NFL Europe the next time around...

Mcpherson may turn out to be a sold QB with great high end potential than. Granted his odds are prolly less than 1 in 10 that he becomes a star. Just ask your self if the risk is worth the reward. I believe it is in the third round.

lets take a gamble on a 3rd round... like we used our 6th round as a gamble..

he is not a need for us with our limited picks... we need depth and we already have 3 Qbs...


he is a potential bust....
