For Head Coach
Keep in mind I’m a life long fins fan. Never missed a game on sunday ticket in over 14 years on sunday ticket or going out of my way to watch on reddit, direct tv, or the bar. So I never miss a play. Rough damn season but.
A) Tannehill would be better if he hadn’t been so injured due to my biggest complaint,
B) There has just. not. been. enough. investment in this offensive line in the last decade. Not enough depth. Not enough consideration for
C) If injuries are so prelevant and I hear the “injuries happen on every team” but argument is why is not enough dept invested in before capitol investment on starters that have a history of injury?
D) Counting on Robert Quinn and Kiko to solidify this defense with 34 year old Wake was a mistake with essentially 2 rookie LBs.
I think Ryan Tannehill is done simply based on the injuries at this point in his career. The knee, the ankle, the shoulder. I just think he lacks the fire and confidence at this point in his career to successfully lead this team or any other to the promise land. Time to use him as a serviceable number 2 if we can’t get the line right post restructure.
It’s just a tough damn year. Gase has to shoulder the responsibility and for that I think he’s done too. The only one that should be retained is Rizzi. When I see the sidelines on games he’s the only one that seems to show any fire. Unfortunately I think we invest this draft in free agency with a better quality general manager and VP to build towards 2020 and make a huge push for a quality young QB Tannehill can help coach scheme to IF he takes a huge restructure and wants to stay. Oz can teach the same schemes or whatever else.
This experiment needs to be shelved now.
