Does anyone know of a sample strength and conditioning program that our team uses? With specific exercises...

This has seemed to be a key in our teams improvements and would like to use something like this for my own workouts.

If anyone knows please let me know.
 
No, but I found an old Cam Cameron workout that may help ya.

Morning: Arrive at the crack of noon,
-stretch for 10 minutes,
-do two push ups
-take 10 minute break
-two situps
-15 minute break
-jog 20 yards in airconditioned facility
-30 minutes with team shrink about how you are being worked too hard.

(all in shape or old vets exempt)

This workout is for professional football players only and not intended for the normal human. Please consult physician before subjecting your body to such extreme conditions.
 
I would guess mainly compound movements:

Olympic Squat
Deadlift
Power Clean
Push Press
Rows
Bench
etc etc

But I'm sure the volume is probably crazy high (lots of sets)
 
I believe it goes something like this... Eat a big lunch and then lift until you see it again... Then repeat.
 
Most teams won't reveal secrets to their programs so unless a player leaks his workout no one will know. You can be assured they are using (at least) the workouts above but volume could vary quite a bit.
