You must have missed the line when he stated that he'd fly out of town to court Philbin's replacement while Philbin was still the coach.
 
He certainly is giving off the "I'm not f****** around anymore, people - get it done" vibe. I like it - he has done his part, and done it well I think - so time for everyone else to do the same, all the way down to the waterboys.
 
Yeah, Mr. Ross put Philbin on notice when he extended him. It's playoffs or bust this year. We might even need to secure a home game or win our first game to prove that we made progress.
 
It's amazing how someone could've gotten so rich being such a 'beta'.
 
Having a blowtorch on his butt should cause Philjoe to get out of relaxation spectator mode on the sideline. Will Joe have a pulse this year?

It is time to retake the division. The pats got slapped by Goodell and Ross would like nothing better than to stick this season into Kraft's eye.

Strong words lol, He is the jackazz that gave an uneeded extension it would have made a much clearer statement to have him earn that extension.
As an owner Ross is weak and his actions have spoken much louder than his words.


After six years of non-winning seasons ross has had it up to here lol. In other news Philbin got an extension lol.

I would say that he is more than fair as a boss. He puts you on notice when he gives you a raise.

Would Ross court Harbaugh again in 2016 if Failbin?

a fair boss wouldn't give you a raise for what philbin has accomplished.
He has given Sparano, Ireland and philbin extensions for subpar work.

Disagree, he's the intelligent owner that stuck with his plan, rather than pull a knee jerk reaction and hope some other coach can work a miracle in one year. We are lucky to have an owner with a brain.
