Suck for Luck is officially in full swing.

The problem is that we really are not as bad as those other teams. We will end up screwing ourselves and finishing a head of them. We aren't just a bad football team. We are totally jinxed. We are terrible in every aspect including luck.

We need the Chiefs to pull it together, they have some talent, unfortunately theyve had 2 bad injuries, but they were a playoff team last year, somewhere they should pick up a couple wins if they can get their stuff together. Im praying Manning comes back (doubt it) but it would be nice. They arent beating anyone without Manning. Seahawks were a playoff team last year. They should be able to win a few games. We are clearly in the thick of things.

i would highly doubt that manning is coming back.....hmm, it just so happens that your franchise QB has never missed a game, yet when the best prospect at QB comes out, suddenly he has a stiffy in his neck.....sounds a little phishy.

this season is his senior season. i believe......

Junior season. But he's good to go for the NFL. Kid has the goods. If he didn't come out this year I wouldn't want him even if we had the first pick next season because I'd question his committment to the game of football.

you gotta admit that someone or something is on our side when one of the worst QB's in the league takes their team right down the field to score a game winning TD.

Seahawks winning.. Chiefs have a chance. Go colts tonight. Lets take 1st place in the race.

Seattle wins :D i really dont see them being in it, they arent all that awful, our biggest competition is the chiefs.

Seahawks won.. Im rooting for Indy tonight.
We must all become big fans of the Chiefs, Seahawks, and Colts tonight. We need to start rooting for these other teams that blow as badly as we do. Each week root for teams with similar records to ours. Did the Vikings blow that lead today? If they did, that sucks.

Face it. We just lost to the ****ing BROWNS without their best offensive player. We are officially one of the worst teams in the league. No way is this team making the playoffs, or even having a decent season. We need to suffer through just one more complete stinker of a season, and with a new FO and HC who is smart enough to draft a QB early in round 1 next year, we may just be able to see light at the end of this tunnel.

We have an advantage over these other teams because we play in the toughest division in the league. Were 0-1 so far in this division. The way it looks now, were losing at least 3 more of the 5 remaining division games, but likely 4 or 5 of them. We have a real chance to win 3 or less games. At the very least, that lands us Landry Jones or Matt Barkley. But, we all know Andrew Luck is the real prize. The way things are looking, 2 wins will put us out of the 1st draft spot. Someone will go 1-15 or 0-16. It needs to be us.

The worst thing we can do is fire Sparano during the season. With him in there, we dont even have to try and suck. He is so terrible, he gives us the best chance at landing Luck by trying his hardest. The last thing we want is Nolan in there trying to land a HC gig somewhere else next season. He might be smart enough to bench Henne and spark us to a couple of wins.

Well I knew it was going to happen. That sort of thing has happened soo much that it made me realize it is part of the schematic. I have been around long enough to know that these things don't just happen by chance. We have problems outside of this physical world. We are getting screwed. In the end we are getting screwed. Unless we have a serious change of mojo.

Call me crazy, but if were picking and Luck's gone and its between Barkley & Jones....I'd take Jones....I like his arm, frame and poise

i saw a good amount of it, but i prob did miss the end. either way, from when i watched and in other weeks, i dont know, just something about him does not make me wowed.

im not saying hes going to be a bad nfl qb, but i dont see him as a guy that would turn our franchise around.
sometimes i get the jimmy clausen feel for barkley. suppose to big some big time guy, but never gets to his potential. thats last year, i havent watched him this year

You missed the game last night then.
I didn't,i watched it,and Barkley failed to lead his team back. I also watched Luck take his game to a whole new level last weekend against Arizona in the 2nd half, and lead his team to a very convincing win. I know that ALL QBs have bad days, and Barkley's usually a good/great QB,but watching him last night was like watching Henne. Barkley played that 2nd half like he did the 1st half, and we all know the result. I reckon he'd be a good consolation prize if we couldn't get Luck.

Watch the game man. Don't look at the score. Watch Barkley and Barkely alone. Translate Barkley's game to how well he fits into our offense. He's legit. I don't even care that he didn't lead his team back. USC is busted period. Barkley is learning what it's like to lose and what it's like to play from behind. You absolutely want that in a QB. You don't want a kid who is surrounded by a loaded team. Barkley makes his reads downfield, checks down if he needs to, he's big and athletic...he has it all.
