Suck for Luck Pays Off...

Not bias at all. TY Hilton just happens to play for FIU.

I wanted Joe Adams as well.

I didn't want Vernon in the 3rd.

I loved the Tannehill pick.

Please remove your uniformed opinion.

You just told me how great Vernon was

Doesn't mean I wanted him in the third round.

I like Vernon a lot. I think he transitions well.

I don't think we got great value for him. I think we reached to get him.

Could have gotten him later in the draft IMO.

I'm all about value.

This guy doesn't know the first thing about football. Colts. Talk about an absolutely superior franchise in every way. Absolutely brilliant draft.

You can say that again. They get a absolute stud franchise QB, two solid TEs, and a sleeper WR who should be good in a year or two. It's actually really annoying to be honest.

What happens is you take so much pressure off of Reggie Wayne on the outside.

Hilton can now stretch the field with his speed causing the secondary to play deep often.

Now you drag these two tight ends across the middle. Assuming the offensive line gives your QB enough time for a man to get open, Luck can then pick apart a defense over the middle or sideline strikes to Wayne.

All else fails, checkdown to the RB who has released from blocking assignments.

That's how I see it right now.

I think Poetic Justice would be for Andrew Luck to be like Ryan Leaf and Robert Griffin to be like Manning in their respective careers. This is coming from a Bolts fan who watched watch the Bolts suffer for years because of Leaf's ineptitude as a Human Being.

Rooting for a kid to fail?

How is that "poetic justice?"

Thats like people rooting for San Diego to fall off in the ocean because they can't afford to live there.

At least we went Downhill for Tannehill...

If the Colts did indeed tank in order to get the number one pick to get the franchise QB and have it turn out to be far from what they had hoped for, then yes it would be Poetic Justice for the Colts to not benefit from the deliberate tank job.

I am not rooting for Luck to fail, the only time I ever rooted for QB to fail was when he played for the hated raiders, that was a special case.
