Allow people to submit banners for the site, and instead of this:
http://images.finheaven.com/forums/left_center.gif
..feature a user made banner. Just require a certain size and thats it.

and change the top banner + menu to allow people to make and submit banners with just a picture and the writing "finheaven and co"
