I don't agree, your thoughts I'm thinking top 10 imo.

You have offensive and defensive guys. In the top ten you could have 5 off. guys and 5 def. guys. Suh is the most dominant player at his position, so I don't see how he is so far down. Talk about players that are game changers.

Had he have signed in New England, he would have been Top 10.

JJ Watt was number 1 and Suh is widely considered the second best defensive player after him, so thats a BIG gap from 1 to 26.

Well if you saw interview with Watt he named a few players including Suh. I like they way he handled the interview just happened to catch it on NFL network but normally really don't make too much of these 'rankings' or pay attention to be honest.

Much more concerned about the team but never hurts to have some playmakers/top players on our team for sure.

its a dumb list generally

too low...best dt in football and a gameplan wrecker and game changer

He's def too low. He's the best 3 technique in the game and the position is arguably the most important on the field outside of the Quarterback. A 3 tech can wreck your run game and cause chaos on passing downs. He should be somewhere between 7-10. Interior Defensive lineman don't get any love.

Nothing against JJ Watt, but I think Suh at his best brings more comprehensive IMPACT to the entire D -- whereas Watt is certainly a playmaker but not the FORCE Suh is.

Suh can make the LBs better, the CBs better, his fellow DL better and heck even Coyle better! Of course this is contingent on Suh playing at the top of his game -- whereby he's unstoppable one-one-one.

Bottom line, immediate pressure, penetration and assault UP THE MIDDLE BABY means Tom Shady pooing in his panties!

There are some players ahead of him that shouldn't be imo:

Andrew Luck
Peyton Manning
Patrick Peterson
Richard Sherman
Russell Wilson
Jordy Nelson
Le'Veon Bell
Demaryious Thomas
Tom Brady

Btw, he's actually #24, not #26, and I don't really have a problem with that because the list is heavily slanted towards offensive players (only 1 of the top 10 is a defensive player, 5 in the top 20). He's the second rated d lineman behind JJ Watt, which is correct. I dunno, one could argue that there should be an equal number of defensive and offensive players on the list, but then that's a problem with the whole offensive bias to the ranking. For me, the bottomline is that Suh is the second ranked d-lineman and the 7th ranked defensive player in the NFL (behind JJ Watt, Luke Kuechly, and 4 CB's) and that's pretty good.

Like GasPed said, he's the 2nd DL behind Watt, which is correct.

One could argue that he may be better than Peterson.

Exactly. The NFL's Top 100 list is just flat out dumb and irrelevant. The only reason they come out with this and go week by week to reveal the Top 100, is because there is no football from Mid-February to mid-July, so douchebags like Rich Eisen and Dan Patrick have nothing to talk about, football related. Comparing a Great QB, to a defensive lineman, to a WR, to a Running Back is comparing apples to oranges to lemons and bananas. What they should do is take a player's poll asking the players who the best ten players are at their position.

Number 1 after he leads our top ranked regular season defense to a Superbowl title this year.

Patience dolphans, the orange tide is rising with a Suhnami just off the coast.
