Same as well done does not mean tough and leathery. The right way to cook a steak well done should still be somewhat juicy, just a bit more cooked then medium well.
I guess if your a vampire, the others would look more appetizing.

I used to prefer more well done steaks but the older I've gotten the less well done I like them. I usually get Medium these days but have eaten steaks that were barely that without much issue. One thing to note is that in many restaurants if you order a steak well done the chef will probably give you the worst cut available because at that point there is little difference in a cut of meat.
and if you want to feel like you're chewing on a shoe, well done's the thing for you :brewskis:
