This should help him tremendously as that was used alot on him.

Cut blocks are still legal. Chop block is not the same as a cut block.

Holding is illegal too, Wake is held every other play, I dont see a lot of 2nd and long situations now. I will believe it when i see it.....
 
whats the difference?
If a defensive player is engaged with another blocker and you "go low" on him or "cut" him, that's a chop block and now illegal.

If the defender is unblocked and you "go low" or "cut" him, that's a cut block and not against the rules.

There a little more to it, but that's the simplest explanation.

It's been illegal below the waist for a while now. They just got rid of it completely is all. Not a big change.
