With early knowledge of all these trades, I bet Suh chose to announce his signing tomorrow so he would be talked about all day tomorrow. He did say he wants to be a billionaire, so he's thinking about getting the most publicity as possible.

It could be a lot of things. They said on NFL network that Suh considers it a hobby looking at contracts. Maybe he wants the spotlight tomorrow. Maybe with Ngata going to Detroit, Miami has a little more leverage now.

I'm actually curious and thought about this part. Does this really give Miami more leverage or actually makes Miami more desperate to secure him?

Must be why Brandon Albert signed the day after free agency....nope.

I was listening to a beat reporter for the Detroit Lions earlier today and he was talking about how Suh doesn't really like to talk to the media and he's an admitted introvert. I highly doubt Suh is looking for the spotlight. This guy also said Suh is worth every penny he's reported to be getting paid and that he's intrinsically wired to be great and money won't change his motivation.

yeah Suh from what I heard is a quiet kid, great to be around... very nice and mature, and great hard working teammate!!! when do you ever really see him in the media (sadly besides his stomping and issues on the field here and there).

What will be interesting is if he restructures in the future to help the team.

I'm glad you mentioned Suh. Otherwise, its sounds similar to the snake. ROFL!??

Doesn't it also mean Suh and his camp can tell Miami there are no other quality DT left...pay us more?

I don't think so.....there were only a few teams in the ball park. If anything it helps the Dolphins putting them closer to 18 than 19 million if they are still in discussion. I think we are the only team willing to pay in between those numbers.
