Suh...What are we asking him to do?

I have be watching the Lebatard Show and during commercials they flash to a segment of Mike & Mike of somebody saying that the problem with Suh is that we are asking him to do things he hasn't done in his career. I am a fan, certainly not a student of the game, and I'm curious what exactly are we asking him to do that he hasn't done in the past?

Obviously it's easy to criticize the team up and down, but there is talent on the roster. Are there some holes? No doubt, but there is a ton of talent and blame has to land somewhere. Coaching staff has to go, hopefully sooner than later!!!
