I've been told sitting on the home side is better because the visitor side gets hit by the sun. Is this really an issue in early December? Also, is there any other benefit to sitting on the home side?

I'm looking at two ticket options, both about the same place, lower 100 sections but there's a total price difference of about $60. Unsure if it's worth spending even more for already expensive tix.

Thank you, much appreciated!! :)

I wouldn't think it makes a difference at this point. In early September/October you'd lose 10 lbs of sweat alone but now it's comfortable and the sun shouldn't be an issue.

That's what I figure, appreciate the insight.

Bumped for the afternoon crowd advice.

Even though it's not hot you still have the sun in your eyes the whole game, it's very annoying and I sat there one time and would never do it again. If it's cloudy you don't have to worry, but I wouldn't pay to take that chance. Sit on the Fins side and spend the money

That's the kind of insight I was looking for, thank you!

Yeah Bro, nothing worse than squinting your eyes the whole game trying to concentrate on the play. You could wear shades but that creates an unnatural dark atmosphere that I never enjoyed at a sporting event.

Assuming you're looking at tickets for the Ravens game, I'd go with the home side. Despite it being December it's still a 1pm game with the sun in your face. A few extra bucks will be worth it. Plus as p4e pointed out, all the fun tailgating and pregame events happen on the home side as well.

Sounds like I have no choice, home side or bust. Thanks fellas. Will be nice to be on the winning side.

Hey man, I've sat all over the stadium, and honestly, yes it does get hotter on the visiting side, particularly in August/September, but it's not like its cool and breezy on the other side either, it is Miami after all.

Also, good tickets on the Dolphin's sideline tend to be a lot more expensive, and I honestly don't think it makes THAT big of a difference, especially if you'd like to save $100+ You can just as easily still walk through the tailgating area if you park on that side of the stadium. Bring a hat and sunglasses, and you're good to go no matter what part of the stadium you're in. The sun won't be that bad come December, it should be perfect football weather. If you're in Arizona, I'm sure you're no stranger to the sun, the real killer in Miami is the humidity, but again by December this won't be too big of an issue. Have fun!

I'm thinking of sitting in that section between the bowls, is it worth it for the extra money? I mostly want to sit there because I don't like waiting in lines for beer, the pisser, etc.

Like section 217 for example. Isn't that some kind of vip section with some extra perks? Its just below the suite level. Nublar posted some pics of a special section he sat in once and I remember thinking that looked pretty sweet. I don't know the stadium at all. They seem to be kind of expensive even compared to the lower bowl.

That section is called "club sideline" on stub hub.

I appreciate the insight. I'll definitely have fun, win or lose. I once dropped $250 a ticket to see Miami get blown out here in AZ. Then a week later they busted out the wildcat. Can't get worse than that. Lol. Thanks Miami! :/
