I don't have any hard fact to back this up, but doesn't it seem like every year the Sun Sentinel does a pre-draft profile on a prospect that the Dolphins have no intention of drafting? For example, two years ago there was a OL from Stanford profiled in the week before the draft (McKinney year). After the draft there was a Q&A online with a Sun-Sent staff member that stated there was no intention by the dolphins of drafting said lineman. Last year I believe there was a profile of Tyrone Calico. Never read any story on Jamar Fletcher three years ago. Etc....
Does anyone remember reading a pre-draft story from the Sentinel that actually turned out to be a guy that the phins selected? Or, is it just a lot of mis-information put out by the FO?
