Buffalo has a home playoff game but they want the 2 to avoid Kansas City in the next round. With the 2 they would get back to back home playoff games assuming they win the first.

Yep and 2 or 3 seed will keep them away from KC until Championship. Obviously they want the higher seed meaning two home playoff games before hitting the road.

If Bills lose tomorrow they can still get 2 next week with a win and Pitt loss. Bills aren’t resting final week whether they win or lose tomorrow.
