sunday ticket free first game first week?

tried googling everywhere...but getting mixed results...is it true that sunday nfl ticket is free the first week?....i havent ordered it...might not have to order it since week 4....if its free first week....espn week after...then ill be at san diego for the game....so does anyone know if its free?!
