Is anyone else having to pay a extra $100 for HD on the Sunday ticket starting today? I'm being told that this has been this way for 3-4 years. But I've always been able to get it until today.

Maybe I'm just really really tired.

thats the way its always been... its 100 for the entire season so when u call tell them ur only paying for the remaining weeks.. its about 6 bucks a week

I think it has always been this way. I called them a few weeks ago and told them i would switch to dish if they didnt give me some kind of deal. They gave me superfan for free. I was tired of seeing all these commericals where new customers could get this and that. I would never switch though. This is the only way i can see the fins play.

this is my first year with direct tv and getting sunday ticket so pardon my ignorance but your saying that on top of the what was it like 250 or 275 i paid cant remember i have to pay an extra 100 bucks for hd?

I have decided not to get superfan until Miami starts winning some games. If I dont think theyll have a good year next season, im not going to get sunday ticket unless dtv hooks me up big.. Usually if you call customer retention and tell them ur going to cancel, theyll give you anything

I pay $299.00 for the Sunday ticket and they want another $100 for HD. I would swear I've always had it.

Although to be honest I cannot see the difference. I thought with the new plasma I would go WOW! Maybe it is my poor eyesight but I thought it would still be dramatic.

yeah, honestly I love being able to watch all the games.. but for 275, its a rip off.. Im in the second year of my contract and next season I fully expect them to give me the ticket for free.. like I said, if you tell them ur gonna cancel and go with dish netowrk, theyll give you just about anything... and if worse comes to worse, you can always just stream the game

yea i just found this out a few hours ago myself.

and they wonder why no one buys it especially all those on this site that promote hte sunday ticket as if its their personal business they opened up.

they try to make money off so many ****ed up ways its pathetic. and they wonder why no one has money anymore, the economy sucks, and why no one signs up for sunday ticket. cuz of BS like htis.

The key is, your paying 300. That's stupid. Only pay for sept-dec and you're set. You don't need it for playoff games.... That's where they get you.
