If we can go in to Foxboro with our season on the line and Beat the pats, we could all be looking back someday and say this was the Day that the Dolphins Franchise TURNED IT ALL AROUND. I know some of you are gonna talk about the OL, the QB, the secondary, blah, blah, blah, BUT I BELIEVE IT ALL COMES DOWN TO ATTITUDE, and a win Sunday will give us that WINNING ATTITUDE.
I will remain optimistic until PROVEN OTHERWISE!!!!!

I saw that day. It was late Decmber in 2004. That is the day I look back saying the Dolphins are going in the right direction. Well they still are. AREN'T THEY?

if the Patriots weren't running the ball down most people's throats, i might agree.... if the Patriots didn't land a gem at WR in Gabriel, then i might agree... Miami will play a scrappy game, and keep it close, but i fear 1-4 is staring us in the face....

NE 17-13

NE is nothing if they can't run the ball and Miami is only allowing 3.0 yards per carry and I think this matchup sets up perfectly.

in 1992 the chargers started out 1-4. they wound up 11-5 and lost in the second round of the playoffs to miami 31-0. so IF we lose sunday there is still hope.

they started 0-4 that year

there's still plenty of hope as of right now. the 2001 pats started out 1-3 and went on to win the superbowl that year. you're not completely out of the race until you've lost 7 or 8 games, it's a 16 games season...i like to remain optimistic as long as possible in the current season and not always be looking to next year...

Not that I'm a Cpep hater or anything like that but wasn't that the year they switched to brady after bledso got hurt?

I live near Boston and am going to the game this Sunday. I feel like this Sunday is 'our' superbowl. Win - or go home. It seems the most important game of the year. I find it hard to believe we can go through the wild card and must get the division.

In any case, I must tell you that NE was pretty down last week after the Denver game. Everyone was blaming Belichick for being 'cheap' and having $10M cap room and getting 3rd grade receivers for Brady. Then came the win over Cincy and now everyone's high and looking for post-season.

It seems to me that Dolphins bring the sense of urgency and focus when it matters (like the Pitt game) and neglect during other games.
Even though we're down this week, all can change with a slim win over NE.

By the way, the NE kicker had two blocked kicks and missed one last week vs Cincy.

Go Phins !!!

I'm leaning towards believing it'll be the 'deFaming' moment in this years' Dolphins history...(sorry)

I really want miami to win, and I believe they can. But the thing is that It doesn't really matter how NE plays. Running game or not...the thing about them is that they play crappy but they always seem to find a way to win.

This team has no chance of beating the Patriots this Sunday or making the playoffs unless they sit Culpepper down.

Sounds good to me. Better than the Houston Tezans game being our defining moment
