With all this commotion, I forgot about the fact that we will be playing our game on an all-grass surface since the Marlins' last home game is Thursday. I know some of you are saying "They still may have a chance at the NL Wildcard!" but let's be realistic. I'm still holding out hope, though.:)

Theres no way they resod the field in 72 hours. Plus they cant even do it until the Marlins are officially eliminated anyway.

But it's not like I want the Marlins to be officially eliminated. I am a Marlins fan and cheered heavily for them during their 1997 and 2003 World Championship years. But we are 5.5 games back in the NL Wildcard race with about 13 games left or so.
