What will this team do Sunday? We’ve all seen the weaknesses of NE exposed by a very good offensive football team on Sunday but are they something we can exploit? Unfortunately for us it doesn’t appear as though Ricky Williams up the middle is one of the Pats biggest weaknesses. Do we attack them with Chad Henne and the passing game or go with the status quo, like we did in the first game, and hope it’s enough? What about defensively? Do we give them the running game, kind of like NO did, and drop everybody into coverage to top there passing game? Can we do as well vs Moss and Welker as the Saints did?

On a side Note I think the Pats need to get back to their 2001, 2003-2004 style of play and forget about 2007. In those Years Brady found guys such as JR Redmond and Jermaine Wiggins on key plays but now just seems obsessed with Welker and Moss. If he gets back to that and spreads the wealth a bit they will be tougher to stop. However, if teams can force them to win with those other guys it would be best case.

all i no is that this game should be treated for our fins as a playoff game, as should every game the rest of the season. But first things first is we need to take care of the patriots.

after watching monday night, they looked as crappy as i have seen them look in a long time. it seemed they had no rhythm going whatsoever, and most importantly, it looked like the saints were able to contain welker for the most part, who in my opinion is there biggest threat to us.

yes moss is a better player no doubt, but the fact that welker catches these passes like 7-8 yds out and always piks up an additional 4-5 yac minimum and is always moving the chains is what worries me. i rather them take there chances with moss going deep bc i feel that its alot easier to defend that, and also alot more can go wrong on a pass like that whether its over, underthrown, or int.

i am not really worried about there running game, but maroney has looked a little better lately, and with fergy out, it maybe a bigger obstacle to stop there running game.

i dont really want to see the wildcat so often, i dont mind it once in a while, but we must run ricky minimun 20-25 times, and let henne get into a rhythm. i also wouldnt mind a pat white run once or twice, but thats at max.

last but not least, fgs rnt good this game. if we are at a 4th and 1 for example at the pats 23 and its 0-0 early on, u go for the first down and try to get the td, bc our offense isnt consistently good enough to get down field, and when we r that deep in the opponents territory, we must make it 7 and not 3. the only time i want to see a fg is if its to win the game late in the game. otherwise i want to be agressive go for it 4th and 1, 4th and 2 even bc fgs just wont fly this game.

Please do not be fooled by the Patriots play Monday. Yes, they looked like crap but look at the talent they went up against. We are not even close to the talent level of the Saints. They are loaded all across the board. The Patriots will come out against us with something to prove. They were embarrassed against the Saints. We will have to come with our "A" game to beat them Sunday. Lets hope we can pull this one off.

if we can control the time and only give Brady 15 minutes to play i feel we can win this game. Some feel better that this is a away game for NE and they lost all their home games so far, but that is just going make them want it more and to add to that they have let to lose two in a row.

Since our team is poorly coached I expect a Pats blowout.

I gotta agree with this.

Last week what we SHOULD have done was run the ball with the two, young, MUCH FRESHER rb's at the start THEN use Ricky more as the game developed.

Instead that senile old geezer basically did exactly the same thing that wannsteadt used to do. He exhausted Ricky at the very start of the game. I do not see how we can overcome the lack of WR talent on this team. If Henne were allowed to air it out he would need at least TWO more WR's. Ginn is obviously not a real WR.

I think we could have won last week if Ginn could only catch the FKing ball when they throw it to him. I think he is the main reason we have lost all of our games this season. Him and Henning's senile play calling adventures.

I know this and am not fooled. However, I live in NE and listen to sports talk all the time and the Pats have weaknesses. The biggest 2 are pass rush and secondary. I'm just wondering if the opinion of fans is to try to exploit those known weaknesses or stick to our strengths. That's all.

I think it is time to hang up the ball control offense. If you look at the Pats, they gave up huge chunks of yardage to Brees on the deep pass. I think the way we beat the Pats is by having Henne airing it out,,,,lets see if Camarillo, Bess, Hartline and Ginn can catch some deep passes.

Pats lost to Brees and the best team in the nfl. Dolphins lost to Fitzpatrick and a really bad Bills team. You guys do the math

We also was beating Saints the whole time till the 4th quarter. you guys completely got blown out. Every fin fan know this will most likely be a lost and a really bad one, but this is football... Henne given sunday.

My math came out a little funny. Seems it was the same really bad Bills team that should have beaten the Pats with a worse QB.
