im a season ticket holder and i was wondering if the season ticket holders get the first chance to get tickets. is thhere a drawling out of a hat or something? i really want to go to the superbowl his year since its n miami and it would be better if the dolphins are in it. just wondering.

Seattle season tix holders had a lottery. Only 8000 seats were available for them. Pittsburg probably got the same deal. The rest were available to players and corporations which then got passed along to ticket handlers. My cousin didn't win but had already arranged for tickets through the Seahawks road game ticket agency. His package was $4000 but had airfare/hotel (I think), and party admissions. I'm not sure how good the seats were. I don't know if Lions tix holders got any seats. Would Miami tix holders get some tix for hosting even if the Phins aren't in? I doubt it, they are trying to bring in tourist $$$, but Miami fans should know as we host the SB all the time. My cousins were the only Seahawks fans at the Superbowl, I think

even if your team doesnt make it to the super bowl, the home stadium season ticket holders are alotted a number of tickets. the number of tix is probably small though.

Yeah if I remember from the last Superbowl down here it was 500 tickets that were raffled off to Miami season ticket holders. That, ofcourse, is if the Fins are not playing.

Season ticket holder here section 454 row 6......there is a lottery for season ticket holders. :dolphins: Only a limited amount are given....i don't know the exact number though!

I think it sucks the way they do the super bowl tickets. I read an article about it in Playboy one time and it is crazy. There are almost no tickets released to the public so if most people want to go then you have to pay $2000 to $5000 for a $700 ticket. It sucks big time. Why in the world do they give the teams and all the players soooooo many tickets? They still have to pay for them but they are rich anyway. Let them be the ones that have to pay a broker five times what is costs.

i believe it is a nba type lotto that factors in where ur seats are and how long u have been season tix holders. if i am wrong dont bash its just wut i heard last time and i was young then. its pathetic how sponsors get most of the tix. in my opinion it should be 1/4 to the host team 1/4 to each team and 1/4 to the sponsors its a joke that the superbowl is filled with a bunch of stiffs who work for some company and not the screaming diehards of the steelers and seahawks

You guys are lucky, I've been wanting to goto a Dolphins game, I live in Pennsylvania. I'm hoping to goto the Pittsburgh Steelers game. I'm going to goto one of the Dolphins home games though, maybe it'll be a superbowl, who knows.
