the thing i dont get is it was said they unveiled it thursday but its been out before that
 
well what probably happened was that one you saw on that site was one of the ones that were under consideration. it was selected apparently, and it IS a bit different than the one from the website.

the only different is this one says South Florida and the date of the superbowl under it
 
i like it i think it looks a lil classic and the pile on is a pretty good idea yet if u just see it and dont read about it people are gonna be like is that supposed to be like a big building or something
 
this is superbowl 41 which in roman numerals is XLI, that is not a pylon, building or anything else

read the article, the made the 1 to look like the pylon,
 
I find it interesting that they're using the same idea behind the Dolphins color for the Super Bowl logo. When the Dolphins colors were chosen they were chosen represent the South Florida Sun and Ocean... same with the Super Bowl logo. :D
 
The football's shadow looks like crap..
