Super Phins-2009?

No team has ever played at home in a Super Bowl. Vegas has us winning 7 games so it ain't gonna happen this year, OR is there a realistic shot?

I looked at the roster and see us with a top 5 OL, a top 5 RB/FB, a top 5 TE, and a top 5 QB. Not sre at WR but, I expect them to SHOCK THE HELL out of us. Add in Wild Pat and I believe we can beat anyone in a playoff game on O.

That leaves the D. They have to be top 10 for us to have a legit shot. We got a lot of young guys who have to step up, and the additions have to do the same.

DO WE HAVE A CHANCE TO SHOCK THE NFL WORLD?

Did you think the Cardinals would have made the SB last season ? How many had them going to the super bowl at this time last year during training camp ?

Did you think the Carolina Panthers would make the super bowl just 2 seasons after going 1-15 ?

Did anyone think the Dolphins would go 11-5 last year winning the division after just winning one game the year before ?

Hell no one had the cardinals going to the superbowl after beating ATL in the playoffs lol

We got a shot but I believe the only way we get there is if our D is absolutely dominate like top 3 and have a trademark, like picks or sacks.

although i largely agree with you there your top 5 QBs number 6....and since its only a personal opinion, i think both the mannings should feature there.

Fair comment - and yes i prob agree Eli should also be up there. But i think the consensous would pick Winslow over Fasano.

Although, contradicting my own opinion, i would prefer Fasano as he is more of a Team Ethic guy who plays to win rather than play for numbers.

Although I have had temporary insanity (due to aqua colored glasses) a few times, this is not one.

Our two-headed TE, in Fasano & Martin, had 65 catches for 904 yards, and 10 TDs. To me, that's top 5 production from the TE position. I also believe that Fasano will be a Pro Bowler.

As to the QB, the entire NFL has gone mad. They rated Penny the #2 QB in the league and without the benefit of aqua colored glasses. :)

Would I trade Penny for the QBs you listed? Sure. Did he have a top 5 year? Absolutely. Will he do it again? Only the FB GODS know.

Last year, it was 5 games, and I won $1,000. This year I did the same.

well i have to say, when the cardinals beat us last year that day i said they were goin to the superbowl. no one believed me, i got laughed at.
