Teams have inquired about Tunsil, believing the Dolphins are willing to trade established veteran players for draft picks. The Dolphins have fielded those calls but in Tunsil’s case, haven’t acted on them to this point.
Pro Football Network has apparently tweeted, that Tony Pauline confirmed from Tunsil's camp, he was/is being shopped around the league.

While that may be true, the problem is, if Miami doesn't finish with a top 5 pick and whether or not Miami can make a trade with a team in the top 5 to select a QB. There are a lot of bad teams who need QBs. I don't see Cincinnati, Carolina, Tampa or even a team like San Francisco In spite of having Jimmy G. On the roster, trading out.

if they were unable to extend tunsil this summer because he wants huge money they don't see paying him even in the future, and they know after 2 years they aren't gonna tag him and he's gone to the highest bidder in FA anyway, why not entertain trade offers? he's probably at max trade value right now.

I don't see how you build a program by trading away your best young talent
in a area of supreme need. I think this is total BS and just folly for the herd.
The ONLY possibility that I can conceive that's remotely reasonable is
some kind of significant "issue" with Tunsil in the background...
On the other hand, it's quite possible "someone" is manipulating these
rumors in an attempt to impact certain contract negotiations...
