"In place" is the key words I'd think.
exactly...if a trade was in place it would be already done...all hes really saying is that terms havent been agreed to yet, it doesnt mean that tunsil isnt being traded

No different than any other player in the NFL.At this time you have to wonder how Tunsil feels about the FO/HC when is clear that they're willing to trade him.
If it was handled right I can't imagine there'd be any hard feelings. If we are indeed Holding Out For What is being put out there I can't imagine how players would feel badly about it. They may like the player but would have to understand we got the farm for him and it isn't like we gave him away for a song.At this time you have to wonder how Tunsil feels about the FO/HC when is clear that they're willing to trade him.
For the past 15 years or so I have brought this up sometimes. I think as fans, people sometimes forget the perception out there.I think a lot of people are assuming that Tunsil himself is attached to being in Miami. It's entirely possible that like many smart players and their agents, he's a businessman, and rather indifferent about where he plays as long as he gets paid what he believes he deserves. Not to mention most people around the league view Miami as a dumpster fire. It's sort of like Cleveland (but with better lifestyle) of a few years ago trading you away.
It's not like he's on a contender and will be disappointed to stop protecting the blindside of a HOF QB. I don't think he has any major community projects that would attach him to the area either, but I could be wrong about that.
Jesus crimineyNot scared of Joe Flacco light...lol..
Can McKinley cover?
in the meantime, NE just traded for yet another O-line guy......that's 3 they have traded for this week. I know is not Dolphins stuff but since we play them twice a year.
Trade up? They’re winning 2-3 games max.
This is dumb. If the Dolphins trade Tunsil, they'll be trotting out a practice squad QB in the starting lineup by Week 8.
