If we sweep the Pats we'll be 6-0 in the division because I don't see us losing to a Jenkin less Jets team and the lowly Bills.

Where is the reset button?
With our secondary, it is going to be VERY hard for us to beat the pats. We have shown a few times a year that a lead and ball control offense won't get us wins.
Any team that can spread it out against us is going to give us fits.
I know we could run the tide for the rest of the year but that is all wishful thinking...

nah..I don't see it either...we'll beat'em in Foxboro but will lose to them at home...that..at least has been the pattern of late...I DO see us sweeping the Jets and Jills though.....AND beating a tough Steelers team last game....because THAT's what we do...but I see at least 2 losses unfort...the Pats home and the Texans....for some reason the damn Texans are the team we just DON'T/CAN'T beat!!!

For the Love of God, what is wrong with you people?! We barely beat the Jets and beat injury ridden Bills team. Both of whom we're now looking up at. Why don't you all face the facts, this team only has is Ricky, Ronnie, a bunch of old farts that are gassed by the 4th quarter, and youngsters that don't know how to win late in this league.
Don't kid yourselves into thinking this team will even make it to 8-8 this year, we're going to keep getting beat because the usual suspects are playing in every game.
The Honeymoon is well beyond over for Sparano....I'm so damn sick of hearing this guy talk already. :baghead:

Damn, way to jump ship son! Sparano has been a great coach so far, especially compared to the worthless ones we've had before him (saban, cameron, & wannstedt), or would you rather have dick from buffalo. We had chances to beat the 2 best teams in the NFL.. we're young & rebuilding and i say we will win those close games in the future. It was hard to watch that ugly 2nd half performance today, but I bet if we had won today you'd be trying to get superbowl tickets right now haha.
I don't think we can sweep the pats, its going to be hard to even split the two games, but anything is possible. We always play them tough, and if we can execute and/or they make a few mistakes I think a sweep is easily within reach. We need a driver for the bandwagon, you up for it?

Easier said than done NE has'nt been swept since 2000.
Miami could easily lose @BUF if the weather is horrible.
A slightly more realistic plan is to finish the sweep of the Jets and Bills, and split with the Pats. That puts us 5-1 in the division and the Pats at 4-2.
The problem then is, we'd still need to catch the Pats from behind in the standings. They do still have the Colts and Saints to play, so it's possible -- but it'll be tough.

What has MIA done against top tier QB's and TE's this year? THIS FO tried to put in stop gaps this offseason, and MIA is seeing it play out week in and week out. Gerbil and Chowder are the WEAKEST LINK!
