just read off another fin site t.o. is meeting with saban today.


i dont think it is that unlikly that we see t.o. in a phin uniform next year. he is getting older though...:dolphins:
 
OJ reported TO was in Dolphin camp yesterday with Rosenwhore...

Just heard on 790 the icket rose said to was in fact at dolphins camp yesterday. What do you think saban will do. I dont hink he not so much cares but let the teamates effect his decisions. Look at what happend with ricky. his team didnt want him but he came back and was good and now his teamates are cool with him.

TO is 32 and will be 33 before the end of the regular season, so putting aside any character issues, any contract with a large signing bonus would be a mistake for age reasons alone.
 
well saban will get a feel of t.o. to see if he is serious about wanting to return to football and that this is a team sport if he can comply then ill be happy to have him on our team....

I feel you..I dont want him at all! But if they do sign him it has to be INCENTIVE LADEN! Plus language in there that allows us to recouperate some money if he starts acting up. Like Ricky's contract.
 
You don't build a team around 33 year old recievers no matter who they are. IMO Saban will check out all options that can improve the explosivness of the offense but at the end of the day he will pass on Owens. I'm allright with whatever Saban feels is best for the team.
 
I thought he has also been talking with the Broncos as well. I really dont care if he comes here or not. I am confident in our current receiving corps and would rather spend that kind of money elsewhere.

I don't think anybody is suggesting we build a team around him, he would just be another piece of the puzzle. The same was said many times about adding old d-lineman last year. :shakeno:
