Heard he visited the Fins on Tuesday. Says he's got hip problems but if healthy could be a great addition to special teams? Anyone heard any new info on him? He's also listed as a WR....Is Derek Hagan on the way out the door if we sign another WR or are we just stocking up?

I know Hagan has taken some bashing this week, so Im not gonna rip him anymore (for now). I think he'll be given the chance to compete for a spot no matter who is brought in.

I expect us to acquire at least one more WR via FA, then get a couple throught he draft as well. What we need are bodies, guys fighting it out to earn a job on this team.

To your original post...sorry I got nothin on the guy ;)

hagan wont go anywhere this year. as of right now, Wilford is either our 1 or 2, ginn is 3, hagan might be four or better, just need to see how things transition at camps before we jump to conclusions, i think hagan has alot of upside

Perry is a very good gunner on special teams. It's a 3 year deal with Parcells. 2010 is the aim. They're doing this the classic Parcells way; sorting out special teams first. It's now a very, very strong unit, made stronger if Tab signs.

ST is clearly an emphasis. I know Perry has also returned kicks, and we really dont have a second guy behind Ginn.

Tab Perry and Grigsby are both ST pickups and both played for coaches on our current staff.

Grigsby was a fullback this past year for KC under RB coach James Saxon.

Tab Perry played for UCLA under our new WR Coach Dorrell.

Perry was a good kick returner his rookie year and covers kicks well...hope they sign him soon.

We are doing a good job of filling our roster with "value" players. that is the right way to build a roster and an eventual contender!!!

Rotoworld indicated Perry might have trouble passing

the physical. Grigsby has already signed. Would it be fair to say Perry may have some trouble passing a physical, or would it already have been announced that he was offered a contract pending a physical? I am guessing they have yet to offer him.

Perry's a good ST guy though he's been limited because of a hip injury the past two years. But I liked what I saw when he was here.

Charlie Anderson is another ST ace, and rumors are he was almost about the crack the lineup in Houston.

I like these no names. It shows we are building from within, bottom to top. Everyone in camp will get the picture or be gone, if not already.
