The guy is only 27. Yes he has had the injury bug but that game against the Pats .... just wow. We have not seen that type of power and explosion since Ricky Williams in his prime. I say sign him to another one year "prove it" contract. Go ahead and draft one or two more RBs but keep Moreno on the roster. Nobody else will be willing to throw huge money at him, so just offer him a decent deal. If he comes back healthy and plays like week 1 .... what a steal!!

It can't be any worse than 2014 at about $120,000 per carry. The main trouble was not just one injury but an injury followed by a torn ACL not related to the first injury. If he's strong in camp go ahead and take a chance but at no more than $1M.

All the injuries have to be weighing on his body. We could sign him for dirt cheap, which is obviously worth doing. But it can't be considered any kind of solution and we'd be foolish not to also dip into a historically great RB draft class.

This is a good idea. With Miller playing how he did last year, it's worth the risk.

He may have been the sole reason we beat the Pats.. I'd sign him back for sure.

We need a thumper, but with his injury history ... only if we can get him REAL cheap and we haven't found his replacement.

A Medical clearance and some direct evaluation of his abilities should be done be before any deal. I would provide a veteran minimum with many incentives (games played, carries, production, etc...). I would also draft in the 4-6th rounds a thumper to pick up short yardage and be a lead blocker.

He's not in any position to demand much money. I think it's a no brainer assuming he can still run.

I would only offer the vet minimum.
But injuries neutered this team and we really cant afford to bring in guys that are not going to last the season.
