Get him outta my face....this is disgraceful..all year we've been hot knife meet butter
 
Honest question. If he's such a great leader, why is his defense not ready to play? No enthusiasm. No energy. That's on leadership.
 
No players. Three fourths the secondary is gone our best run stoping lb is gone
 
Worst defense in Dolphins history and that's saying something.
 
Please guys...I'm a Dolphin homer ..but all year I've been giving him exuses..NO MORE
 
Ehh, he's a fine coach. I think he'll do better with better players. But I'm not afraid of losing him, and I really wouldn't care if he ends up in the AFCE (kind of like Bowles).
 
Vance blows. As far as I am concerned, he us the reason this defense is horrible.
Leave him at the Pitt airport.
 
Yes we lack talent because of injury but we gave up points and yards to the bad teams as well
 
The players on Our defense weren't good BEFORE the injuries. Now with The Injuries... not much a DC Can do

I don't think this is on Joseph. No holes at first and linebackers do not clean up. Severe lack of talent at the linebacker position. We have to get a stud at mlb either in the draft or free agency. This has been a serious problem for years now and can no longer be avoided.
 
This defense barely had talent to begin with, and then they lost like 6 starters. I'm not about to blame Joseph.
